The Royal Villa features a new kitchen, new bathrooms (5.5), flat screen TVs, interior and exterior paint, lanai furniture, and all linens. Relax like royalty in our sprawling villa that include FOUR KING MASTER bedrooms all with ENSUITE BATHROOMS and flat screen TVs. Bedrooms are all high-quality furniture, bedding, fresh sheets, and towels! You’ll feel like you are at a luxurious resort. The first floor features a King Master with private attached bathroom along with another bedroom with two twin beds. The upstairs features THREE King suites, all with private bathrooms. This Royal Villa also offers exclusively designed kids’ themed bedrooms! Themed rooms include dress-up clothes and toys for children’s imagination and play! (Sizes toddlers to 12 yrs) A Queen air mattress, (2) pack n plays, (2) strollers, and highchair are also available for your convenience.
The villa’s beautiful lanai include pool chairs, BBQ, tiki bar, flat screen television, and dining table for outside enjoyment. This lanai is among the largest in all of Emerald Island! The Emerald Island Resort features a public swimming pool, sand volleyball court, tennis courts, nature running trails, business center, sports rental equipment, game room, and Tiki bar with happy hour and entertainment - all walking distance from our Royal Villa Palm Harbor!
The Royal Villa is just 3 miles from Disney’s Maingate and 4.8 from the Animal Kingdom. The fun doesn’t stop at the parks -- our gorgeous home has the BEST layout and offer a spacious living room and kitchen to spend time together, while also cherishing your own space in their private king suite. Your living room provides a beautiful flat screen TV and, of course, free WIFI throughout the home. The home is equipped with a Bluetooth speakers available for use around the pool or inside! Our game room provides hours of entertainment with a Play Station 4, foosball, pool table, and a pinball game!

Ideal Setting!
Ideal setting for 4 families and the 6 kids! This property with 4 masters and en-suite baths was perfect. The kitchen was big enough to work around each other. The paying Grammy (me) loved the main floor master. The pool was a big hit with everyone. The baby items were put to good use as was every other amenity. Clean and comfortable! I highly recommend this house and the attentive owners. Close to Disney and every chain restaurant you can think of. Save money and stay here; it will be your own resort.

Perfect for our Needs!
Our family of 12 stayed for our week-long visit to Disney. It was perfect for our needs. Every adult/couple had their own space and bathroom. The kids were over the moon when they saw the Star Wars and Beauty & the Beast themed bedrooms. The pool and hot tub delighted the children even in the colder temps. The house is spacious and includes just about anything you might have ever needed in the kitchen. Our hosts were attentive and checked in during our stay. Tim responded to my questions immediately. I would highly recommend La Isla and we plan to stay again soon!

My Family and I stayed and I must say it was Amazing! The house contained everything You needed and then some! Lovely Neighborhood and Very Clean may I add. House was Super Clean and So Comfortable. From the moment You walked in the door You felt at home. Big Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds in all of them.So spacious and we all had more than enough room to move around freely. Outside Pool and Patio was a Big Hit for my grandchildren and my children. Heated Pool was a big plus because toward evening time the weather got cooler but with the heated pool and hot tub it didn't make a difference. Had access to the BBQ Grill so we were able to cook out a couple of days. I highly recommend this Home especially for a Big Family. Game Room was also a plus for my grandboys who loves to play video games. televisions are in everyroom even outside on the patio area, and plenty of kitchen space as well as a formal diningroom. Tim was so attentive to whatever needs we had in which there weren't any because they had everything covered you didn't need anything. from towels to pool toys everything is there for your use and enjoyment. It was a Wonderful stay we booked it for 7 days. So if You're looking for a Nice Comfortable Home to spend family time in this is definately the Home for You!! Thanks Again Tim and Stacy!!
